Start This Day

Good Morning, God,

"For as the skies are high above the earth,
so Your loyal love towers over Your faithful followers.
As far as the eastern horizon is from the west,
so You remove the guilt of our rebellious actions from us."

With this reminder from the Psalmist
We start this day in the confidence
That You have done great things to make things right for us.

Now we ask that You look with favor
on the small things we need today:
Restore our health and
Bless the work of our hands,
So that at the end of the day we will say "It is good."
