Long And Winding Road

O God:

Our path in this life follows a long and winding road;
Some days it seems to follow a lonesome valley.
We cannot see its end, or even where it goes
Beyond the next bend or over the next mountain.

Remind us today, O God, that You have seen this road.
Help us remember three things:
-That you have been here before us,
-That we are not alone; you are with us today, and
-That you traveled this road so that our destination would be sure.

Bless us with this hope today.

Thank You, God.
