Remove The Barriers

Dear God,

Things get in the way
for moving ahead.
Help us to move the rocks that
block our way to new frontiers.

Remove the barriers that keep us from
health and happiness for the holidays.
Help us to regain hope, courage,
faith, strength, and healing.
